INGREDIENT STATEMENT:

Ground Corn, Soybean Meal, L-Lysine Monohydrochloride, Wheat Middlings, Dehydrated Alfalfa Meal, Vitamin A Supplement, Vitamin D3 Supplement, Vitamin E Supplement, Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex, Vitamin B12 Supplement, Riboflavin, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride, Folic Acid, Biotin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Niacinamide, d-Calcium Pantothenate, Choline Chloride, Calcium Carbonate, Salt, Monocalcium Phosphate, Manganous Oxide, Ferrous Sulfate, Copper Oxide, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Oxide, Ethylenediamine Dihydroiodide, Cobalt Carbonate, Potassium Chloride, Dehydrated Lactobacillus Acidophilus Fermentation Product, Dried Seaweed Meal, Lignin Sulfonate, Sodium Selenite, Yucca Schidigera Extract, Propionic and Acetic Acid (preservatives).

Feeding Directions

MAXUM® CRUMBLES can be mixed into a complete feed at the rate of 12 1/2 lb. per ton. One ounce provides 2.2 mg selenium.

Individual Supplementation

Feed 1 to 2 ounces of MAXUM® CRUMBLES daily.

Close container after each use. Store in a cool, dry place. Store in area inaccessible to children and animals.

Maxum Crumbles for Horses Caution

Follow label directions. The addition to feed of higher levels of this premix containing selenium is not permitted.
