Active Ingredients

Each Malaseb^® Pledget applicator (2.25 inch in diameter, 70% rayon, 30% polyester) contains approximately 17.4 mg Miconazole (equivalent to 20 mg Miconazole Nitrate), 20 mg Chlorhexidine Gluconate. Also contains Alcohol (SDA 3C) 30% v/v.

Product Description

Malaseb^® Pledgets combine a unique formulation of antibacterial and antifungal agents with essential fatty acids and Vitamin E for optimal therapeutic effectiveness.

Malaseb Pledgets Indications

For dermatological conditions associated with infections responsive to Miconazole and Chlorhexidine Gluconate. A localized treatment to be used between generalized therapy.

Directions

Treat affected area(s) 2 to 3 times daily, or as directed by a veterinarian. Use pledgets to wipe affected area thoroughly. Do not allow animal to lick the treated areas until dry to prevent ingestion. Each pledget should be used once and discarded.

Malaseb Pledgets Cautions

For topical use on dogs, cats and horses. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after use. If eye contact or skin irritation develops, rinse thoroughly with water, discontinue use and immediately consult your veterinarian. Available through licensed veterinarians only.

Storage

Store at room temperature. Protect from freezing. Keep away from extreme heat or flame.
