Lifegard 900 Is A Liquid Alkaline Cleaner Effective In Removing Organic Soils Including Starch And Proteinaceous Soils, And Body Oils From Cages, Racks And Accessories. lifegard 900 Is A Highly Chelated, Non Caustic Product Especially Formulated With Polymers, A Wetting Agent, And Dispersant. lifegard 900 Is Safe To Use On Glass, Plastics, Polycarbonate Cages, Aluminum, Galvanized Steel, And Stainless Steel Surfaces. It Is Designed To Be Used In Cip Systems, Pressure Washers, Soak Tanks, Automatic Rack And Tunnel Washing Equipment, Cart And Cage Washers, Bottle Washers, And By Bucket And Brush Application. lifegard 900 Is Highly Effective In Wash Solutions With Temperatures From 120°f (35°c) Up To 190°f (74°c). It Produces Very Low Foam When Water Temperature Is 120°f (35°) Or Higher.

cip Systems/automatic Washers/pressure Washers

Dilute LIFEGARD 900 1/4 - 1/2 ounce per gallon of water (512:1 - 256:1).

Manual Applications

Apply LIFEGARD 900 diluted 1-2 ounces per gallon of water (128:1 - 64:1).

Warning

May cause burns to eyes, skin and mucous membranes. Burns may not be immediately painful or visible. May cause respiratory irritation or be harmful if inhaled. Harmful if swallowed. Do not get in eyes, on skin or clothing, or breathe mist, dust or vapors. Wear goggles, rubber gloves, rubber shoes or boots, and other appropriate protective clothing when handling. Liquid may penetrate leather shoes and cause delayed burns. If ventilation is inadequate, a suitable respirator may be needed. Keep container closed when not in use. Refer to the product Material Safety Data Sheet for other safety information.

If In Eyes

immediately flush with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes while holding eyelids open. Get immediate medical attention.

If On Skin

immediately wash with water for at least 15 minutes while removing all contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention.

If Inhaled

remove to fresh air. If not breathing, give artificial respiration. If breathing is difficult, give oxygen. Get medical attention.

If Swallowed

DO NOT INDUCE VOMITING. Give a glass of water or milk to dilute. Get immediate medical attention. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. Medical Emergency Telephone 1-800-535-5053 (U.S.). Outside The U.S. 1-352-323-3500.
