LIFEGARD 7700 is a specially formulated, controlled foam, concentrated acid cleaner for pharmaceutical, cosmetic, manufacturing, and medical research, laboratory animal and other life science facilities. LIFEGARD 7700 removes uric salts, rust, scale, starch and protein. It is designed for use in tunnel and rack washers, CIP systems and manually.
Directions For Use
LIFEGARD 7700 dilution ratios will vary depending on soil conditions. Adjust to a higher or lower dilution as necessary.
For use in rack and tunnel washers or CIP systems, begin with 1-2 oz. per gallon of water.
For manual use, start with a dilution of 10 oz./gal. in warm water.
LIFEGARD 7700 cleaning solutions are most effective at 140° to 150°F.
Rinse with potable water.
Mix only with water.
Do not use on aluminum, tin or zinc-plated surfaces. Pitting or surface deterioration may result.
Do not mix with chlorine containing products or bleach - releases chlorine gas.
DANGER: Eyes: Causes severe eye irritation. May Cause Eye Burns. May cause permanent eye damage. May cause blindness. Ingestion: Severe burns to mucous membranes of mouth, throat and digestive tract. Inhalation: Inhalation of spray mist may be irritating. Possible damage to mucous membranes of nose and throat. Skin: Causes moderate skin irritation. Prolonged contact causes severe burns which may not be immediately painful or visible.
If in Eyes: In case of contact, or suspected contact, immediately flush eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and get medical attention immediately after flushing. If ingested: Do not induce vomiting. Slowly dilute with 1-2 glasses of water or milk and seek medical attention. Never give anything by mouth to an unconscious person. If inhaled: If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If not breathing give artificial respiration, preferably mouth-to-mouth. If breathing is difficult give oxygen. Get medical attention. If on skin: Flush with water for at least 15 minutes while removing all contaminated clothing and shoes. Get medical attention if irritation or burns develop.
