For Use In Dogs Only

For subcutaneous vaccination of healthy dogs 9 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by canine coronavirus, Borrelia burgdorferi, Leptospira canicola, Leptospira grippotyphosa, Leptospira icterohaemorrhagiae and Leptospira pomona.

Dosage And Route Of Administration

Administer one 1 mL dose subcutaneously. The presence of maternal antibody is known to interfere with the development of active immunity. A vaccination series with Duramune^® Cv-K or other Duramune products containing coronavirus should start at 6 weeks of age. Puppies should be revaccinated every 2 to 3 weeks until at least 16 weeks of age. Vaccination or revaccination with this product should begin at or about 9 weeks of age. All dogs over 12 weeks of age should initially receive one dose of this product and a second dose 2 to 3 weeks later. Annual revaccination with one dose is recommended.

For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animal's medical chart.

Using The Infovax-id^® System

1.	Grasp the lower right hand corner of the tab at the arrow marked “Peel Here” between your thumb and forefinger (figure 1).
2.	Pull steadily at a slight upward angle until the top portion of the label is separated from the vial (figure 2).
3.	Place the label on the animal's medical chart. Press down on the label to ensure adhesion.

DO NOT USE AS DILUENT FOR LIVE VACCINES. Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). AVOID FREEZING. SHAKE WELL. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine. Burn container and all unused contents.

Gentamicin and thimerosal added as preservatives.
