Imrex Clotting Solution
This treatment applies to the following species:N-butyl alcohol and sodium chloride injection

Active ingredients: contains n-butyl alcohol (NF), 70 mg/mL and sodium chloride (USP), 9 mg/mL.
Indications: As an aid in the prevention and treatment of hemorrhage in dogs, cats, cattle and horses.
Dosage and Administration: For most rapid effect, administer the following doses intravenously along with supporting therapy. Intramuscular, subcutaneous and intraperitoneal routes may also be used.
Dog and cats: 1 mL per 5 kg body weight
Cattle and horses: 10 mL per 100 kg body weight
Double the dose for severe hemorrhage.
For the prevention of hemorrhage, administer prior to or during surgery. imRex clotting solution may be added to procaine for local infiltration, and used as an irrigant in operative wounds, puncture wounds, lacerations, etc.
Repeat as required. Consult a veterinarian for the most effective dosages.
Storage: Store at a temperature (15-30°C).
