Immu-Start Indications

A blend of bovine origin immunoglobulins, viable primary microbial cultures of Lactobacillus species, Streptococcus faecium and essential vitamins.

IMMU-START^® is designed for use in the treatment of failure of passive transfer in newborn calves less than 24 hours of age. Recommendations for use include calves who have limited or no access to maternal colostrum.

Directions

Newborn Calves: Mix 1 dose (800 g) (two 400 g packages) of IMMU-START^® into 2 litres of warm water (43°C/110°F). Administer by bottle, pail, or esophageal feeder as soon as possible after birth within 24 hours. Use entire contents when first opened.
