Hexadene Shampoo Indications

As an aid in the treatment of superficial skin conditions caused by bacteria, fungi, ringworm, and yeasts which may be sensitive to the action of chlorhexidine in dogs and cats.

Active Ingredients

Chlorhexidine gluconate 2% w/w.

Directions

SHAKE WELL BEFORE USING. Apply to wet coat. Rub into skin and coat. Lather well. Wait 5-10 minutes and rinse well. May be used once or twice a week or as recommended by the treating veterinarian for the specific skin condition or disorder being treated.

Contraindications

Dogs and cats which are hypersensitive to any component of this formulation should not be treated with this product.

Warning

Keep out of the reach of children. Wash hands after use.

Hexadene Shampoo Caution

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes or mucous membranes. If irritation occurs discontinue use and consult your veterinarian. Consult a veterinarian before using on a debilitated animal, or if not possible, refrain from using.

Storage Instructions

Store at controlled room temperature from 14 to 28 degrees Celsius. Lot number and expiration date on bottom of container.
