An antiseptic solution for preoperative surgical hand disinfection and general antiseptic handwashing.

Directions

Surgical Hand Scrub: Wet hands and forearms with water. Scrub for 3 minutes with 5mL of GERMI-STAT 4% and a wet brush, paying attention to the nails, cuticles, and interdigital spaces. Rinse thoroughly with running water. Wash for an additional 3 minutes with 5 mL of GERMI-STAT 4% and rinse under running water. Dry thoroughly.

Health-Care Personnel Hand-Wash: Wet hands with water. Dispense 5 mL of GERMI-STAT 4% into hands and wash in a vigorous manner for 30 seconds. Rinse thoroughly under running water. Dry thoroughly.

Germi-Stat 4% Caution: Keep Out Of Eyes And Ears

If GERMI-STAT 4% should get into eyes or ears, rinse out promptly and thoroughly with water. Store at 15°-30°C (59°-86°F).
