directions
Aseptically rehydrate vial of desiccated antigens by injecting the liquid product into the vial containing the vaccine cake. Shake well. Remove the entire contents back into the syringe. Push out any air trapped in the syringe. Administer entire contents (1 ml) subcutaneously under loose skin (back of neck). Do not vaccinate into blood vessels. If blood enters the syringe, choose another injection site.Persistence of maternal origin antibody in kittens is known to interfere with development of active immunity following vaccination. Ideally, kittens should be vaccinated at 9 weeks of age with revaccination 3-4 weeks later. Adult cats should receive a 1 ml dose followed by a second dose 3-4 weeks later. Annual revaccination with a single 1 ml dose is recommended.
