Feline Rhinotracheitis-calici-panleukopenia Vaccine

Killed Virus

For the vaccination of healthy cats and kittens as an aid in the prevention of diseases caused by feline rhinotracheitis, calici and panleukopenia viruses.

Administration And Dosage

Inject one 1 mL dose intramuscularly or subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Repeat in 3 to 4 weeks. Cats vaccinated at less than 12 weeks of age should be given an additional 1 mL dose of vaccine at 12 to 16 weeks of age. Annual revaccination with a single dose of vaccine is recommended.

The INFOVAX-ID System provides a simple and effective method of recording pertinent information on the vaccines administered to animals in a veterinary practice.

The INFOVAX-ID System is a unique label design that allows easy removal of the label from the vial, while maintaining sufficient adhesive properties for placement of the removed label onto the animal's medical chart.

The INFOVAX-ID System provides an accurate, thorough and legible method of vaccination record keeping. Use of the INFOVAX-ID System allows for easy retrieval of the vaccine's; trade name, antigen content, expiration date, serial number, storage requirements and unique manufacturer vaccine color coding.

For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animal's medical chart.

Using The Infovax-id System

1.

Grasp the lower right hand corner of the tab at the arrow marked “Peel Here” between your thumb and forefinger. (figure 1).

2.

pull Steadily At A Slight Upward Angle Until The Top Portion Of The Label Is Separated From The Vial. (figure 2).

3.

Place the label on the animal's medical chart. Press down on the label to ensure adhesion.

Fel-O-Vax PCT Caution

Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Avoid freezing. Shake well. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.
