Fel-o-vax Lv-k
This treatment applies to the following species:Feline Leukemia Vaccine
Killed Virus
For the vaccination of healthy cats 10 weeks of age or older as an aid in the prevention of disease caused by feline leukemia virus.
Administration And Dosage
Inject one 1 mL dose intramuscularly or subcutaneously using aseptic technique. Repeat in 3 to 4 weeks. Annual revaccination with a single dose of vaccine is recommended.Infovax-id® System

The INFOVAX-ID System provides a simple and effective method of recording pertinent information on the vaccines administered to animals in a veterinary practice.
The INFOVAX-ID System is a unique label design that allows easy removal of the label from the vial, while maintaining sufficient adhesive properties for placement of the removed label onto the animal's medical chart.
The INFOVAX-ID System provides an accurate, thorough and legible method of vaccination record keeping. Use of the INFOVAX-ID System allows for easy retrieval of the vaccine's; trade name, antigen content, expiration date, serial number, storage requirements and unique manufacturer vaccine color coding.
For vaccines requiring reconstitution, remove label from both vials and affix both labels to the animal's medical chart.
Using The Infovax-id System

Grasp the lower right hand corner of the tab at the arrow marked “Peel Here” between your thumb and forefinger. (figure 1). |

pull Steadily At A Slight Upward Angle Until The Top Portion Of The Label Is Separated From The Vial. (figure 2). |

Place the label on the animal's medical chart. Press down on the label to ensure adhesion. |

Fel-O-Vax Lv-K Caution
Store in the dark at 2° to 7°C (35° to 45°F). Avoid freezing. Shake well. In case of anaphylactoid reaction, administer epinephrine.Thimerosal, neomycin, polymyxin B and amphotericin B added as preservatives.
