CONKLIN COMPANY INC.Contains A Source Of Live (viable) Naturally-occurring Microorganisms; A Source Of Protease Which Can Hydrolyze Proteins And A Source Of Amylase Which Can Hydrolyze Starch.
Minimum Guaranteed Analysis Per 1 Oz.
25 billion colony-forming units (CFU) of total lactic acid-producing bacteria (Enterococcus faecium and Lactobacillus acidophilus); 25 billion live yeast cells (Saccharomyces cerevisiae); protease from Bacillus subtilis not less than 120,487 protein catalytic units; and amylase from Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus oryzae not less than 72,292 bacterial amylase units.Ingredients
Egg product, dried chicory root, lactose, active dry yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae), whey, dried Lactobacillus acidophilus fermentation product, dried Aspergillus oryzae fermentation product, dried Bacillus subtilis fermentation product, dried Enterococcus faecium fermentation extract.Directions For Use
Provide Fastrack® Liquid Dispersible-P to poultry the first five days of life. Supplement poultry with Fastrack® Liquid Dispersible for the remainder of the growing period during regular feed consumption. However, Fastrack® Liquid Dispersible-P should be supplemented to growing and mature poultry during periods of variable nutrient intake, and should be utilized until nutrient intake stabilizes. Fastrack® Liquid Dispersible-P is formulated to be mixed with water and supplied to poultry via water proportioner systems. Agitation is required to assure proper mixing. The Fastrack® Liquid Dispersible-P may also be sprinkled over the poultry feed during day one and two of life.Usage Rates
Newly-hatched poultry: 1 oz. per 20,000 chicks for each of the first five days of life.
Growing poultry: Daily amount of product to be supplemented until feed intake stabilizes
