For the vaccination of healthy salmonids as an aid in the prevention of Enteric Redmouth Disease, caused by Yersinia ruckeri serotype I.Vaccination Program
This bacterin has been shown to be safe and effective when administered by immersion to healthy salmonids 2 g or larger. Vaccination should precede exposure of vaccinates to the disease agent by at least 250 degree-days (number of holding days multiplied by the mean water temperature [°C] during the period).Ermogen Dosage And Administration
Each litre of undiluted bacterin is sufficient to vaccinate 100 kg of fish. To use, add 1 litre of bacterin to 9 litres of clean hatchery water to make a 10 litre vaccine bath. Net, drain and immerse 5 kg batches of fish (≥ 2 g in size) in the bath for 30 seconds. The bath may be reused up to 20 times before discarding. Withhold food from fish 24 hours prior to vaccination.Ermogen Cautions
1. Shake well before use.
2. Store in original container at 2-8°C (35-46°F). Do not freeze.
3. Use entire contents when first opened.
4. Vaccinate healthy fish only.
5. Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter.
