Encevac With Havlogen
This treatment applies to the following species:Equine Vaccine
Encephalomyelitis Vaccine
Eastern And Western, Killed Virus
A formaldehyde inactivated, adjuvanted bivalent equine vaccine consisting of Eastern and Western Equine Encephalomyelitis viruses. For vaccination of healthy horses, 6 months of age or older, against Eastern and Western Encephalomyelitis.
Dose
For primary immunization, aseptically inject 1 mL intramuscularly and repeat the dose in 3 to 4 weeks. A 1 mL dose should be administered annually and at any time epidemic conditions exist or are reported and exposure is imminent. Neomycin, polymyxin B and nystatin added as preservatives.Encevac with Havlogen Caution
Store at 35° to 45° F (2° to 7° C). Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter. Local reactions may occur if this product is given subcutaneously. Inject deep into the muscle only. Anaphylactoid reactions may occur.Antidote
