Contains no CFCs or other ozone-depleting substances. Federal regulations prohibit CFC propellants in aerosols.

Contains microencapsulated pyrethrins for residual activity and unencapsulated pyrethrins for knockdown.

Ecto-Foam Indications

Residual flea and tick treatment with knockdown for use on dogs and cats. Also for use on dogs that are sensitive to conventional sprays.

Directions For Use

Shake well before using.

It is a violation of Federal law to use this product in a manner inconsistent with its labeling.

Read entire label before each use.

Use only on dogs, cats, horses and ponies.

Do not use on kittens or puppies under twelve weeks of age. This product is not recommended for use on cats which have been compromised due to previous illness, medication or existing medical condition. Consult a veterinarian before using this product on debilitated, medicated, aged, pregnant or nursing animals.

Fleas: Shake well and invert can to dispense. Foam can be applied directly onto the pet or into the palm of your hand and then applied to the pet. For direct application, apply one-second bursts of ECTO-FOAM™ as hair is back combed. Foam can also be worked from the palm of the hand into the coat. Apply over the entire animal until damp, massaging or brushing the hair until the foam vanishes. Allow pet to dry. Do not apply from can directly to face, rather apply foam by hand around ears and under chin. Ensure that foam contacts and wets ticks thoroughly. Efficacy lasts for up to 8 days. Do not repeat treatment for one week.

Precautionary Statements

Caution: Statement of Practical Treatment: If in Eyes: Flush eyes with plenty of water. Call a physician if irritation persists.

Hazards to Humans and Domestic Animals: Caution: Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Sensitivities may occur after using any pesticide product for pets. If signs of sensitivity occur, bathe your pet with mild soap and rinse with large amounts of water. If signs continue, consult a veterinarian immediately.

Environmental Hazards: This product is toxic to fish. Do not apply to water.

Physical or Chemical Hazards: Contents under pressure. Do not puncture or incinerate container. Do not use or store near heat or open flame. Exposure to temperatures above 130°F may cause bursting.

Storage And Disposal

Do not contaminate water, food, or feed by storage and disposal.

Storage: Store in a cool area away from heat or open flame and in an area out of reach of children. Do not store below 32°F.

Disposal: This container may be recycled in aerosol recycling centers. At present there are only a few such centers in the country. Before offering for recycling, empty the can by using the product according to the label. (Do not puncture.) If recycling is not available, wrap the container and discard in the trash.
