Active Ingredient: Pentobarbital Sodium (bp), 240 Mg/ml

Preservative: Benzyl Alcohol (bp), 0.2% W/v

Dorminal Indications

For the humane euthanasia of animals (e.g., cats, dogs, cattle, horses, laboratory animals, birds) without excitation or pain.

Dorminal Dosage And Administration

Administer to effect by intravenous, intracardiac, intraperitoneal or intrapulmonary injection. (Intravenous injection is the preferred method). Inject approximately 2 mL/4.5 kg body weight and 20 mL/45 kg body weight for larger animals.

Dorminal Cautions

Euthanized animals should not be used in animal feeds.

This product must not be used for anaesthetic purposes.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.

Do not use in animals intended for human consumption.

Store at 15-25°C. Keep from freezing. Protect from light.
