Directions For Use As A Shampoo

Wet coat and massage in thoroughly. Allow to remain on coat for 5 to 10 minutes. Rinse well. Repeat as often as needed.

Chlorhexidine Scrub 4% Caution

NOT FOR OTIC USE. Do not use in eyes. If in eyes, immediately flush with water for 15 minutes, remove contacts after the first 5 minutes (if present) and continue flushing. Contact a physician or poison control center for medical advice. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If undue skin irritation develops or increases, discontinue use and consult a veterinarian.

Contraindications: Do Not Use This Product On Cats Or Kittens.

Chlorhexidine Scrub 4% Indications

Chlorhexidine Scrub is a mild scrub containing chlorhexidine gluconate 4%.

Isopropyl Alcohol	3.86%
Quaternium Ammonium Compound	0.96%

Other Ingredients

Purified water, Lauramine Oxide, Lauramide DEA, Alkylphenol Ethoxylate, Glycerin Polymer, Alkylated Alkanolamide, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose, Fragrance, F.D. & C. Red # 40

Store at a temperature between 15°-30°C (59°-86°F). Keep container tightly closed when not in use.
