Mixing Directions
1. Weigh or measure 85 g of CanGel® premix and add to 2.5 L of hot water (80-82ºC)
2. Mix 10 seconds in a blender or use a hand-held blender
3. Pour into casing and close casing top
4. Place casing into an ice water bath (<10ºC) to gel
5. Remove casing and cut into 25 pucks
Directions For Use
One CanGel® puck per 100 birds
Storage: Refrigerate (3-7ºC) DO NOT FREEZE
Use within 14 days of mixing
