Cal-C-Fresh Indications
CAL-C-FRESH provides calcium, phosphorus and some vitamins to help ensure normal nutritional and blood levels before, during and after calving.
Cal-C-Fresh Dosage And Administration
Administer slowly orally as to facilitate swallowing. Administer 375 g/450 kg (1 tube), 6 to 12 hours prior to calving. Repeat 6 to 12 hours after calving or as recommended by a veterinarian.
Cal-C-Fresh Caution
Extra caution should be exercised when administering the product to avoid any damage to the mouth and pharynx mucosa because of the acidic property of the paste. Administer slowly as to prevent the product from getting into the lungs.
If there are no improvements of clinical signs within 24 hours after the beginning of the treatment, or if the condition worsens, consult your veterinarian.
Note
Feeding vitamins other than vitamins A, D, E and niacin to dairy cattle older than three months of age may not have a beneficial effect.
Contra-indications
Never administer more than two treatments per day. Do not administer to cows showing no swallowing reflex.
Storage Conditions
