Prepared from the blood of horses hyperimmunized with toxins of Clostridium perfringens Types C and D. Contains 0.2% cresol as a preservative.C & D Antitoxin Indications
Recommended for the prevention and treatment of enterotoxemia caused by Clostridium perfringens Types C and D in calves, cattle, lambs, sheep, and baby pigs.C & D Antitoxin Dosage And Administration
(Prophlactic) Using aseptic technique, inject subcutaneously or intravenously: Calves - 10 mL; Cattle - 30 mL; Suckling lambs - 3 mL; All other sheep - 10 mL; Baby pigs - 2 mL administered orally or injected subcutaneously.(Therapeutic) Increase dosage 100%.
Precaution(s)
Store out of direct sunlight at a temperature between 35-45°F (2-7°C). Avoid freezing. Shake well before using. Use entire contents when first opened.C & D Antitoxin Caution(s)
