Black Ointment Indications
Soothing ointment with counter-irritant properties as an aid in the symptomatic relief of minor lameness, sprains and other types of muscle pain in horses. BLACK OINTMENT can also be used to temporarily relieve the pain associated with veterinary treatments such as intramuscular injections.
Directions For Use
Apply twice daily, a generous quantity of BLACK OINTMENT on the sore muscular area (leg or other) once cleaned and dried and rub until all stain disappears. No bandage is necessary. In the case of lameness or sprains, exercise sessions should be limited to a minimum in order to avoid any further injuries. BLACK OINTMENT should be used after exercising.
Black Ointment Cautions
Do not apply near the eyes or other mucous membranes or on irritated or ulcerated skin. Stop using the product and consult a veterinarian if no improvement is seen after 7 to 10 days of treatment or if the skin becomes red or irritated.
Storage
Store between 2° and 25°C. Protect from freezing.
