Biofoam
This treatment applies to the following species:Foaming Descaling Detergent

● for use in food processing hatcheries & on the farm

Application
For the removal of organic and inorganic residues particularly the build up of scale. Antec Biofoam is ideal for the removal of soiling in hatcheries and processing plants where humidity can cause soil and scale build-up. Antec Biofoam will also help to remove stubborn staining and soiling on factory floors and slats on livestock farms.Composition
A synergistic blend of surfactants which combine to produce a superior foaming cleaner, preventing the build-up of scale.Directions For Use
Dilution Rates
in normal use Biofoam should be used at a dilution rate of between 0.5% - 5% dependant on soiling and scaling levels. In situations where there are thick build-ups of scaling and soil it may be necessary to use Biofoam at a higher concentration rate of up to 10%.Spraying
Apply at a rate of 500 mL per m2 with either a knapsack sprayer or pressure washer. The pressure washer should be set on a low pressure setting (500 psi - 35 bars) using a 45 degrees jet angle. Hot water will improve the effectiveness of the product. Allow a contact time of 15 minutes prior to rinsing all surfaces thoroughly with water at high pressure (3000 psi - 207 bars). For personal comfort when spraying the product, wear a suitable mist respirator.Foaming
Apply at a rate of 250 mL per m2 with a pressure washer set on a low pressure setting (500 psi - 35 bars). Hot water will improve the effectiveness of the product. Allow a contact time of 15 minutes prior to rinsing all surfaces thoroughly with water at high pressure (3000 psi - 207 bars).Stain Removal
For awkward stains and established scale build-ups, Antec Biofoam may be used undiluted.Precautions
Do not allow product to enter any watercourses. Do not allow product to freeze.- Irritating to eyes and skin.
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
- In case of contact with eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical advice.
