Safe and effective for removing alkaline films, scale, soils and biofilms - For alternating pH cleaning programs - For use in poultry, swine, veal, dairy, beef cattle, canine and horse operations - Compatible with Profilm® and Proquat® disinfectants

APPLICATION:

Bio-Barn Foam is ideal for the removal of alkaline films, soils, mineral deposits and “biofilms” left after repeated use of alkaline cleaners. It should be used occasionally in place of a regular barn, hatchery, stable or kennel cleaner.

RECOMMENDED AREAS OF USE:

Farm Uses: As a general cleaner and deodourizer in pig facilities, poultry houses, beef and dairy barns, horse stables and dog kennels. Also as a wetting-agent to wash down poultry houses, barns, stables and kennels.

Poultry Hatcheries: Effective in cleaning all surfaces- walls, floors and ceilings of rooms in addition to setters and hatchers.

Manual cleaning of trays, racks, plastic flats and boxes.

Directions For Use

General Purpose Cleaner for Walls, Floors, Pails, Waterers and Equipment: Use at a dilution rate of between 0.8%-2.4% depending on the soil load and how difficult the surface is to clean. Mix 8-24 mL Bio-Barn Foam per litre of water.

Bio-Barn Foam may be used through a pressure washer, through a foaming device, or through a steam cleaner. Bio-Barn Foam may also be used manually with a sponge, cloth or brush.

Barn Cleaning: Use 1 L of Bio-Barn Foam to 300-400 L of wash water. Apply to surfaces and allow contact time of 10-15 minutes before cleaning with high pressure spray. After cleaning allow to dry thoroughly and apply a compatible disinfectant such as Profilm® or Proquat®. Follow label directions. Application of disinfectant will neutralize acid residue and concerns about acid corrosion.

RISK PHRASES: Corrosive to eyes and skin. May be a skin and eye irritant.

PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES: Keep out of reach of children. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: In case of contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and consult a doctor or Poison Control Center.

Do not get in eyes. Do not get on skin or clothing. Keep out of reach of children.

FIRST AID TREATMENT: Contains an organic salt.

If swallowed, call Poison Control Center or doctor immediately. Do not induce vomiting.

If in eyes, rinse with water for 15 minutes.

If on skin, rinse well with water.
