Recommendation For Use
The product is recommended for both the initial vaccination and revaccination of chickens as an aid in the prevention of infectious bronchitis, Arkansas type.The most satisfactory vaccination schedule may vary from one area to another, depending on such factors as the incidence of disease and concentration of poultry flocks. The following vaccination schedules would be applicable to most areas but may be tailored to local conditions. This vaccine is recommended for use at 1 day of age or older. A second dose should be given at 2 weeks of age or older. Replacement pullets should be revaccinated between 16 and 18 weeks of age.
Drinking Water Method
Remove any disinfectant or sanitizers from the drinking water for 24 hours prior to and after vaccination. Rinse all waterers with clean water. Do not use disinfectants. Withhold all water for at least one hour to allow birds to get thirsty before giving vaccine. Mix vaccine in the drinking water according to the following schedule:|

Provide ample water space so that all birds can drink easily. Administration through the water lines with a proportioner or medication tank is not recommended.
Intraocular (eye Drop) Method (for 1000 And 100 Dose Sizes)
Rehydrate the vaccine with the diluent provided. Hold the chick with one eye turned up. Put one drop in eye and hold until bird swallows.Coarse Spray Method (for 20 000, 10 000, 5000, 3000, 2500, And 2000 Dose Sizes)
Rehydrate with cool distilled water in an amount sufficient to vaccinate the required number of chickens according to the directions of the spray cabinet or field sprayer manufacturer. Field spray application should be used only in houses that can be tightly closed. Close all windows, doors, ventilators, etc., and turn off fans. Rehydrate according to the directions of the field sprayer manufacturer. Spray each 1000 dose of vaccine directly into the faces of each 1000 birds. Leave the house closed for at least 15 minutes after spraying. Always use eye goggles and a respirator.
Vaccination Reaction
Respiratory symptoms will be more pronounced from the first vaccination and will vary with the age and the level of parental immunity in the chicks. While birds are going through the reaction period, keep them comfortable by providing adequate heat and good ventilation.Precautions
Store at 2°-7°C (35°- 45°F).Vaccinate only healthy birds.
Use entire contents when a vial is first opened.
Burn all vials and unused contents.
Keep permanent vaccination records including vaccine serial number.
Do not vaccinate within 21 days before slaughter.
Chicks being shipped by parcel post should be vaccinated at their destination so as not to violate postal regulations.
The use of this vaccine is subject to State laws wherever applicable.
Contains Penicillin and Streptomycin or Gentamicin as preservatives.
To maintain the quality of this product, it is essential that the directions and precautions for storage, handling and use be carefully followed.
This vaccine has been carefully manufactured and has passed all tests for purity and potency according to the requirements of the company and of the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Federal regulations prohibit the repackaging or sale of the contents of this package in fractional units.
