Description

Each 0.5 ml dose contains the low pathogenic avian influenza virus subtype H7N2 that is chemically inactivated and suspended in an oil emulsion.

This vaccine aids in the prevention of avian influenza in chickens.

Avian Influenza Vaccine, H7N2 Subtype, Killed Virus Dosage And Administration

Administer 0.5 ml to chickens at least 3 weeks of age by the subcutaneous route. Do not inject into neck vertebrae or the thymus. Annual booster vaccination is recommended.

Domestic distribution and use will be supervised and controlled by the USDA, Veterinary Services as part of an official USDA animal disease control program.

Warning

Store this vaccine at 2-7°C. Do not freeze. Allow the vaccine to reach ambient temperature (68-77°F or 20-25°C) and shake well before and during use. Burn the container and any unused contents. Do not vaccinate within 42 days of slaughter.

This product contains an oil based adjuvant; accidental injection into a human may cause a serious localized reaction. Seek expert medical attention immediately.
