Bordetella Bronchiseptica-erysipelothrix Rhusiopathiae-pasteurella Multocida Bacterin-toxoid

Contains chemically-inactivated cultures of B. bronchiseptica, E. rhusiopathiae, and P. multocida Types A and D, and chemically-inactivated toxin common to P. multocida Types A and D.

For use in healthy swine as an aid in the prevention of atrophic rhinitis associated with B. bronchiseptica and P. multocida Types A and D toxin, erysipelas caused by E. rhusiopathiae, and pneumonia caused by P. multocida Type A.

Administration And Dosage

Shake well. Using aseptic technique, inject sows/gilts with 2 mL subcutaneously 6 to 7 weeks and 2 to 3 weeks prior to first farrowing, and 2 to 3 weeks prior to each subsequent farrowing. Inject piglets with 2 mL subcutaneously at 7 days of age and booster 2-3 weeks later.

AR-Pac-PD+ER Caution

For veterinary use only. Store at 2°-7°C (35°-45°F). Do not freeze. Use entire contents when first opened. Do not vaccinate within 21 days of slaughter. Transient local reaction may occur at the injection site. If allergic response occurs, administer epinephrine.

Preservatives

Amphotericin B, gentamicin and thimerosal.
