Medicinal Ingredient

Amoxicillin (as amoxicillin trihydrate), 50 mg, 100 mg, 200 mg, or 400 mg per tablet

Amoxil* Tablets (50 mg) Indications

For the treatment of upper respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, skin and urinary bladder infections caused by bacteria susceptible to amoxicillin, in dogs and cats.

Amoxil* Tablets (50 mg) Dosage And Administration

Administer orally, 10 mg of amoxicillin per kg body weight every 12 hours for dogs, and 10 to 20 mg/kg (or 50 mg/animal) once daily for cats. Administer for 5 to 7 days and continue treatment for 48 hours after all symptoms have subsided.

Keep out of reach of children.

Amoxil* Tablets (50 mg) Caution

In case of an allergic reaction, administer epinephrine and/or steroids.
