A water-soluble source of copper sulfate for nutritional supplementation of chickens and turkeys

Ingredients

Copper sulfate pentahydrate, anhydrous citric acid.

Directions

Administer for 7 to 10 days.

For Use In Water Proportioners

Add 1 pack of Acidified Copper Sulfate to 2 gallons (7570 ml) of stock solution for use in a proportioner set to meter at the rate of 1 oz per gallon.

For Use In Tanks

Add 1 pack of Acidified Copper Sulfate to 256 gallons of water. For treating smaller amounts of water: Prepare a stock solution by adding contents of this pack to 1 gallon (3785 ml) of water, then add 1 tablespoon of stock solution to each gallon of drinking water, or add 25 oz (739 ml) of stock solution to 50 gallons of water.

Corrosive to eyes. Exposure to this granular may cause severe eye damage. Hypersensitivity or sensitization can result from copper contact with the skin. May be corrosive to mucous membrane. Avoid inhaling dust. Irritating to the gastric mucosa. Ingestion can cause diarrhea, loss of hair pigment and anemia.

Do Not Mix Stock Solutions In Metal Containers

Store In Cool, Dry Place.
