Dry skin; skin tenderness.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); blistering, irritation, oozing, peeling, redness, scaling, shedding, or swelling of the affected area; darkening of the skin.

Dermatologic

Dermatologic side effects have included contact dermatitis, dry skin, burning skin, skin tenderness, and application site reaction in 2% of patients. Slight erythematous reactions occurred in 4% of patients tested with sertaconazole cream and 2% of patients tested with the vehicle. Erythema, pruritus, vesiculation, desquamation, and hyperpigmentation have also been reported.
