Pramipexole

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Pramipexole:

Abnormal dreams; constipation; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; dry mouth; headache; loss of appetite; nausea; stuffy nose; tiredness; trouble sleeping; upset stomach; weakness.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Pramipexole:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); abnormal thinking; change in behavior, mood, or emotions; chest pain; confusion; decreased sexual ability; difficulty walking; fainting; hallucinations; increased urination; memory loss; muscle pain or tenderness; severe or persistent drowsiness or sleepiness; shortness of breath; sudden irresistible urge to sleep or suddenly falling asleep at unusual times; swelling of the arms or legs; trouble swallowing; unusual twitching or muscle movements; vision changes; vivid dreams or daydreams.


Pramoxine/Phenylephrine/Glycerin/Petrolatum

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. No COMMON side effects have been reported with Pramoxine/Phenylephrine/Glycerin/Petrolatum . Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Pramoxine/Phenylephrine/Glycerin/Petrolatum:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bleeding from the rectum; new or worsening redness, pain, swelling, or irritation.


Pramlintide

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Pramlintide:

Coughing; decreased appetite; dizziness; indigestion; nausea; redness, swelling, itching, or pain at the injection site reaction; sore throat; stomach pain; tiredness; vomiting.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Pramlintide:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); low blood sugar (eg, increased heartbeat, headache, chills, sweating, tremor, increased hunger, changes in vision, nervousness, weakness, dizziness, drowsiness, fainting, irritability, difficulty concentrating); severe or continuing nausea.


Pramoxine Foam

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. No COMMON side effects have been reported with Pramoxine Foam. Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Pramoxine Foam:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bleeding from the rectum; new or worsening redness, pain, swelling, irritation, or other symptoms.


Pramosone Lotion

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Pramosone Lotion:

Dry skin; itching.

Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Pramosone Lotion:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); acne-like rash; excessive hair growth; inflamed hair follicles; inflammation around the mouth; muscle weakness; rectal pain, burning, cracking, itching, bleeding, peeling, or irritation not present before using Pramosone Lotion; thinning, softening, or discoloration of the skin; unusual weight gain, especially in the face.


Pramoxine Ointment

All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. When used in small doses, no COMMON side effects have been reported with Pramoxine Ointment. Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Pramoxine Ointment:

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bleeding from the rectum; new or increasing redness, pain, swelling, irritation, or other symptoms.
