Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking chloroxylenol / pramoxine otic: hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

  • ear pain, burning, or itching;

  • hearing problems;

  • ear drainage or discharge; or

  • worsening pain, irritation, or rash.
