Chills; fever (low grade); headache; tenderness, pain, redness, or swelling at the injection site.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue).

General side effects have included headache malaise, chills and fever.

Local

Local side effects have included pain, tenderness, erythema and induration at the injection site.
