Metabolic

Magnesium toxicity symptoms may include: hypotension, nausea, vomiting, facial flushing, urine retention, ileus, depression, lethargy, muscle weakness, respiratory depression, arrhythmia, cardiac arrest, coma, and death.[Ref]
