Side Effects of Kogenate - for the Consumer
Kogenate FS
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Kogenate FS:
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Kogenate FS:Dizziness; flushing; lightheadedness; mild fever or chills; mild itching, burning, pain, or redness at the injection site; nausea; vomiting.
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue, unusual hoarseness); chest pain; cough; fainting; new or worsening bruising or bleeding; severe or persistent dizziness, fatigue, or lightheadedness; severe or persistent fever, chills, or sore throat; shortness of breath; wheezing.

Dermatologic side effects have include pruritus, rash, and urticaria.
Cardiovascular
Cardiovascular side effects have included hemorrhage, hypotension, and vasodilatation.
