Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur while taking urea topical (the active ingredient contained in Keralac)Mild skin irritation; temporary burning, stinging, or itching.
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); redness; severe or persistent irritation.
