Warning

Oral route (Tablet)

May cause injury or death to a developing fetus. Discontinue use as soon as possible if pregnancy is detected.

Serious side effects

Along with its needed effects, hydrochlorothiazide/irbesartan may cause some unwanted effects. Although not all of these side effects may occur, if they do occur they may need medical attention.

The most common adverse reactions were headache, dizziness, fatigue, and musculoskeletal pain.[Ref]

Common (1% to 10%): Dizziness, dizziness orthostatic

Uncommon (0.1% to 1%): Syncope, abnormal reflexes, coordination disturbance, numbness, paresthesia, somnolence, vertigo, taste disturbance
