Applies to menthol topical: mucous membrane lozenge
Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking menthol topical (the active ingredient contained in Icy Hot PM Lotion) hives; difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.
Less serious side effects are more likely, and you may have none at all.
