Flextra

Anxiety; drowsiness; dry mouth, nose, or throat; heartburn; nausea; nervousness; thickening of mucus in the nose and throat; upset stomach.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); bloody or black stools; confusion; dark urine or pale stools; decreased urination; diarrhea; difficulty swallowing; dizziness; hearing loss; hoarseness; persistent sore throat or other signs of infection; ringing in the ears; severe stomach pain; unusual bruising or bleeding; unusual tiredness; vomiting; yellowing of the skin or eyes.

Cardiovascular side effects have included palpitations, hypotension, and cardiac stimulation.

Gastrointestinal

Gastrointestinal side effects have included epigastric distress, diarrhea, intestinal cramps, nausea, xerostomia, and dryness of mouth, throat, and nose.

Dermatologic

Dermatologic side effects have included urticaria and rash.

Hypersensitivity

Hypersensitivity side effects have included allergic reactions.

Hematologic

Hematologic side effects have included thrombocytopenia and agranulocytosis.

Musculoskeletal

Musculoskeletal side effects have included muscular weakness.

Genitourinary

Genitourinary side effects have included urinary retention.

Nervous system

Nervous system side effects have included dizziness, drowsiness, disturbed coordination, inability to concentrate, insomnia, tremors, nervousness, convulsions, irritability, and dependence.

Ocular

Ocular side effects have included blurred vision.

Renal

Renal side effects have included nephrotoxicity.

Metabolic

Metabolic side effects have included hyperglycemia.
