The following adverse reactions have been reported to occur within 72 hours after primary immunization: fever, drowsiness, irritability/fussiness, and crying lasting 3 hours or longer.

Gastrointestinal

Gastrointestinal side effects have included anorexia and vomiting within 72 hours of primary immunization.

Local

Local side effects have included redness, swelling, and pain/tenderness at the injection site within 72 hours after primary immunization.
