  1. General: Urticaria, drug rash, anaphylactic shock, photosensitivity, excessive perspiration, chills, dryness of mouth, nose, and throat.

  2. Cardiovascular System: Hypotension, headache, palpitations, tachycardia, extrasystoles.

  3. Hematologic System: Hemolytic anemia, thrombocytopenia, agranulocytosis.
