Side Effects of Degarelix - for the Consumer
Degarelix Acetate
All medicines may cause side effects, but many people have no, or minor, side effects. Check with your doctor if any of these most COMMON side effects persist or become bothersome when using Degarelix Acetate:
Seek medical attention right away if any of these SEVERE side effects occur when using Degarelix Acetate:Back or joint pain; chills; constipation; decreased sexual desire or ability; dizziness; flushing; hot flashes; pain, redness, swelling, or lumps at the injection site; tiredness; weight gain.
Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); dark urine; fast or irregular heartbeat; fever; frequent or painful urination; severe or persistent bone pain; severe or persistent dizziness or headache; yellowing of the skin or eyes.
