Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; itching; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); difficulty urinating; fast, slow, or irregular heartbeat; fever; hallucinations; mental or mood changes (eg, anxiety, nervousness); paleness; seizures; severe or persistent dizziness, lightheadedness, or headache; tremor.

Cardiovascular side effects have included palpitations, tachycardia, and cardiovascular collapse and death.

Gastrointestinal

Gastrointestinal side effects have included nausea and vomiting.

Nervous system

Nervous system side effects have included nervousness, dizziness, sleeplessness, light-headedness, tremor, hallucinations, convulsions, CNS depression, fear, anxiety, headache, and increased irritability or excitement.

Respiratory side effects have included respiratory difficulties.

General side effects have included weakness and slight drowsiness.
