D-Tann Chewable Tablets

Constipation; diarrhea; dizziness; drowsiness; dry mouth, nose, or throat; excitability (especially in children); headache; loss of appetite; nausea; nervousness; restlessness; trouble sleeping; vomiting.

Severe allergic reactions (rash; hives; difficulty breathing; tightness in the chest; swelling of the mouth, face, lips, or tongue); blurred vision; chest pain; decreased coordination; difficulty urinating; fast or irregular heartbeat; fever; hallucinations; seizure; severe dizziness and drowsiness; severe nervousness, anxiety, or restlessness; tremors; unusual weakness.

Cardiovascular

Cardiovascular side effects have included hypotension, palpitations, tachycardia, and extrasystole.

Hematologic

Hematologic side effects have included hemolytic anemia, agranulocytosis, and thrombocytopenia.

Nervous system

Nervous system side effects have included sleepiness, sedation, dizziness, disturbed coordination, fatigue, confusion, restlessness, excitation, nervousness, tremor, irritability, insomnia, euphoria, paresthesia, headache, vertigo, tinnitus, acute labyrinthitis, neuritis, and convulsions.

Ocular

Ocular side effects have included blurred vision and diplopia.

Genitourinary side effects have included urinary frequency, difficult urination, urinary retention, and early menses.

Hypersensitivity

General
