Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking chlorophyllin: hives; difficulty breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Stop using chlorophyllin and call your doctor if you have severe stomach cramps or diarrhea. Chlorophyllin may cause loose stools, but this should be a temporary effect.

Your urine or stools may appear green in color. This is a normal side effect of chlorophyllin and is not cause for concern.
