Get emergency medical help if you have any of these signs of an allergic reaction while taking magnesium amino acids chelate (the active ingredient contained in Chelated Magnesium) hives; severe dizziness, difficult breathing; swelling of your face, lips, tongue, or throat.

Call your doctor at once if you have severe or ongoing diarrhea.

• depression, feeling tired or irritable;

• muscle cramps;

• severe or ongoing diarrhea.

Less serious side effects of magnesium amino acids chelate may include:

• mild diarrhea;

• nausea, stomach pain; or

• upset stomach.
