Ocular

Ocular side effects have included blurred vision in 5% to 10% of patients. Blepharitis, dry eye, foreign body sensation, hyperemia, ocular discharge, ocular discomfort, ocular keratitis, ocular pruritus, and ocular pain have been reported in 1% to 5% of patients. Tearing, keratoconjunctivitis, conjunctivitis, keratopathy, eye fatigue and eyelid crusting have been reported in less than 1% of patients.

Hypersensitivity

Hypersensitivity reactions have been reported in less than 1% of patients.

Other

Other side effects have included bitter, sour, or unusual taste in 5% to 10% of patients.

Nervous system

Nervous system side effects have included headache (5% to 10%) and dizziness (<1%).

Dermatologic

Dermatologic side effects have included dermatitis (1% to 5%), alopecia (<1%), and urticaria (<1%).

Gastrointestinal

Gastrointestinal side effects have included nausea, diarrhea, dry mouth, and dyspepsia in less than 1% of patients.

Respiratory

Respiratory side effects included rhinitis (1% to 5%), pharyngitis (<1%), and dyspnea (< 1%).

Cardiovascular

Cardiovascular side effects have rarely included chest pain (<1%).

Musculoskeletal

Musculoskeletal side effects have rarely included hypertonia (<1%).

Renal

Renal side effects have included kidney pain in less than 1% of patients.
