Cardiovascular side effects have included hypotension (1.7%).
Dermatologic
Dermatologic side effects have included rash.
Endocrine
Endocrine side effects have included increased uric acid and increased cholesterol.
Gastrointestinal
Gastrointestinal side effects have included vomiting, diarrhea, and GI upset.
Hematologic
Hematologic side effects have included azotemia, increased serum creatinine, and increased blood urea nitrogen (BUN).
Musculoskeletal
Musculoskeletal side effects have included asthenia and muscle spasm.
Nervous system
Nervous system side effects have included dizziness (8.9%), postural dizziness, fatigue (2%), headache, and syncope (0.3%).
Respiratory
Respiratory side effects have included cough.
