Hypersensitivity

Hypersensitivity side effects have included allergic-anaphylactic reactions including urticaria, chest tightness, rash, pruritus, edema, and shock.

Hematologic

Hematologic side effects have included postoperative wound or injection-site bleeding, including, epistaxis, cerebral hemorrhage, subdural hematoma, gastrointestinal bleeding, menorrhagia, hemoptysis, hematuria, groin bleed, ear bleed, shoulder bleed, anemia, and decreased hemoglobin.

Cardiovascular

Cardiovascular side effects have included chest pain, thrombophlebitis, phlebitis, peripheral edema, and vasodilation.

Gastrointestinal

Gastrointestinal side effects have included nausea, constipation, vomiting, and sore throat.

Nervous system

Nervous system side effects have included dizziness, headache, increased sweating, insomnia, paresthesia and extremity pain.

Genitourinary

Genitourinary side effects have included urinary retention and urinary tract infection.

General

General side effects have included pain, fever, abdominal pain, infection, back pain, and facial edema.
