Do not use Testolactone if you are pregnant. If you think you may be pregnant, contact your doctor immediately. It is not known if Testolactone is found in breast milk. If you are or will be breast-feeding while you use Testolactone , check with your doctor. Discuss any possible risks to your baby.
Testolactone Pregnancy Warnings
Testolactone has been assigned to pregnancy category C by the FDA. Animal studies have revealed evidence of increased fetal mortality, increased abnormal fetal development, and increased mortality. There are no controlled data in human pregnancy. Testolactone is intended for use only in postmenopausal women. This drug is not recommended for use during pregnancy.
Testolactone Lactation Warnings
There are no data on the excretion of testolactone into human milk. Testolactone is intended for use only in postmenopausal women. If the physician does wish to use this medication in a lactating women, it should be taken into account that because many drugs are excreted in human milk and because of the potential for serious adverse reactions due to testolactone in nursing infants, a decision should be made to discontinue nursing or discontinue the drug, taking into account the importance of the drug to the mother.
